As a Konsyg operations Manager/ Executive, you will be helping us to generate new prospects and overseeing the training and development of the current team in order to upkeep the ops you'll have a fantastic opportunity to work in an international sales environment focusing on tech sales.
1-3 years experience in generating leads/prospects
Knowledge of lead generating tools and processes
Excellent command over the spreadsheet and excel handling
Responsible for developing new business via email marketing
Knowledge of email marketing and lead gen tools
Responsible for conducting research to identify potential prospects.
Experience in using a CRM system to log calls, build contacts, and record information.
Good English language skills both written and spoken
Assisting the sales team to progress the sales cycle
Producing reports to show productivity
Full training and support will be provided

Experience in handling spreadsheets and G-suite applications.
Ability to think-outside-of-the-box in terms of communication method and Training
Associates degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
